ABOUT JANET

Thanks for visiting! I'm a local North Augusta, SC artist. I am married with three kids who keep me very busy. Painting is my passion, therapy, and my dream. I hope to keep painting my whole life.

I took almost every art class offered in high school, my favorite being "painting" and that is really how I learned to do what I do. I was voted "most artistic" by my peers and sold art from my shows as well as custom pieces for local restaurants. I went on to study art for a semester at UGA and my self portrait was chosen for the annual art display. I changed my major to nursing and have worked mostly in women's health (labor and delivery). I now stay at home with my kids and run a fine art small business.
